Helped my supervisor Dániel Varró review a research paper in the autonomous-vessel domain for FASE 2026, one of the conferences of ETAPS.
My first review for an international conference, which I did together with my supervisor Dániel Varró. FASE (Fundamental Approaches to Software Engineering) is one of the main conferences of ETAPS. The paper we reviewed was in the autonomous-vessel domain, close to my own area.
Writing the review made me more aware of what I owe readers in my own papers: explicit research questions, an evaluation that actually supports the claims, and a clear account of what is specific to the domain and what is general.
